Sept. 5
7:58 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a mutual aid call in North Attleboro on Route 95.

3:46 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision on Oakland Street. Patients were treated on-scene for minor injuries.

3:37 p.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a call reporting a medical condition after a motor vehicle collision. One person was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
7:31 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision between the Route 140 and Route 95 exit on Route 495 north. Two patients were transported to Rhode Island Hospital and Sturdy Memorial Hospital respectively.
