Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: March 12-18

The following is from the Mansfield Fire Department.

 

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to 72 calls last week.

March 12

1:30 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a fluid spill at the intersection of Chauncy Street and Route 140 North after a motor vehicle collision. One occupant was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital.

March 14

11:25 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a rollover on Route 95 North. Mansfield was called away after Foxborough reported removed the victim from the vehicle.

March 15

3:34 p.m. Multiple callers reported a head-on collision at Mansfield Crossing. No serious injuries reported.  Units were sent out for fluid mitigation.

March 17

12:03 a.m. Mansfield Fire Department responded to a call reporting a fire in the backyard of Union Street. Firefighters found on arrival this to be a small cooking fire and well contained.

4:49 p.m. Caller reported a two vehicle motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Route 140 and Chauncy Street. No serious injuries were reported.

March 18

3:11 a.m.  Caller reported a car vs. pole collision resulting in the engine compartment catching fire. One victim was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

3:03 p.m.  Caller reported a vehicular collision on Copeland Drive involving a vehicle and a utility pole. No major injuries were reported.
