Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Nov. 14-21

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to a total of 46 calls last week.

Nov. 14

1:10 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call from Massachusetts State Police regarding a single motorcycle operator down on Route 95 and unresponsive. Mansfield EMS took the operator to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

5:38 p.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call reporting a utility pole fire on Essex Street.  The fire was reported to be a transformer fire, and was put out about 15 minutes after arrival.

 

Nov. 18

7:57 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Mill St. and Sandy Hill Rd. The occupant of the vehicle was treated on scene for minor injuries.

5:47 p.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a mutual aid call from Norton for a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of West Main St. and Oak St. Mansfield EMS transported one occupant to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

 

Nov. 19

3:54 p.m. Mansfield, Norton and Foxborough Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision between multiple motor cycles and a car on Exit 11 on Route 495 South. All occupants were transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
