Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Nov. 28 - Dec. 4

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 53 calls last week.

5:33 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of School Street and Route 140.  One occupant was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

Nov. 30

10:38 a.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call reporting a fire on Maple Street. The fire was out when firefighters arrived and the building was vented.

11:59 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision on Route 495 South. The occupant was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

 

Dec. 1

2:27 a.m. Mansfield Fire was alerted by Mansfield Police of a possible gas leak in the area of Rumford Avenue. The leak was found to be caused by a leaking valve in the ground, and was secured.

5:52 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting an oven fire on Cobb Street. The fire was out prior to their arrival and the residence was vented after it was found that the fire had not spread.

 

Dec. 2

6:10 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of West Street and Central Street. Mansfield EMS treated the occupants for minor injuries on scene.

 

Dec. 3

6:46 a.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call from Sharon Fire for a rollover on Route 95 at exit 8.
