Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Rollover, Collision and Incense

The following is from the Mansfield Fire and EMS log.

July 30

8:11 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Chauncy Street and Forbes Boulevard. Patients were evaluated on-scene and not transported to a local hospital.

2:50 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to multiple calls reporting a rollover on Mill Street. The driver was found trapped in the vehicle, and extradited with the jaws of life. The Mansfield Electric Company determined that the poll the driver hit was not structurally damaged. Medflight transported the patient to Tufts Medical Center with a left leg fracture, chest injuries and head injuries.

8:03 p.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call reporting a smoke detector alarm at the Comcast Center. Burning incense caused the alarm.

Aug. 5

8:11 a.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a call from Norton Fire that there was a motor vehicle collision on Oak Street.  One patient was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
