Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Rollover, Pole Strike and Collisions

The following is from the Mansfield Fire Department log from Dec. 30, 2012 to Jan. 6, 2013.

Dec. 30

9:46 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a single-vehicle collision against a utility pole on Fruit Street. One patient was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

3:12 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a tree down on a wire on Lawndale Road. No injuries were reported and Mansfield Electric shut down power at the location and mitigated the issue.

Jan. 1

2:46 a.m. Caller reported a rollover on Route 95 North. One patient was ambulatory and transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

Jan. 3

2:24 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision on Route 140 South. One patient was transported to Norwood Hospital.

Jan. 4

10:06 p.m. Mansfield Fire  and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision on Route 495 South with entrapment. The patient was removed from the vehicle and transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
