Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Sept. 5 - 12

The following is from the Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Services Log.

responded to a total of 40 calls last week.

Sept.  7

6:10 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a two-vehicle collision on East Street. Patients were treated for minor injuries on scene.

8:03 p.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call concerning a blown transformer near Liberty Street. Mansfield Fire remained on the scene until Mansfield Electric showed up and dealt with the transformer.


Sept. 8

1:27 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a dumpster fire near a building on East Street. The fire was extinguished.


Sept. 9

2:27 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a vehicle collision on Plain Street. All parties had minor injuries that were treated on scene.

7:35 p.m. Caller reported that a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of North and South Main Street. Pedestrian was found up and walking when the Ambulance arrived and reported no injuries.
