Mansfield Man Allegedly Crashes Car Into House and Building While Intoxicated and More in the Mansfield Police Log

January 30

7:18 a.m. - After being pulled over by Patrolman Michael Fenore on Francis Ave, Audra Gilpatrick, 41, of 523 Francis Ave was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

January 31

12:26 a.m. - Derek Butler, 20, of 20 Atwood St., was arrested under two warrants.

February 2

2:44 a.m. - After receiving a call concerning a disturbance, Mansfield Police arrested Matthew Cronin, 20, of 605 North Main Street and Terrance Cronin, 59, of 72 Charles Street. Both were charged with assault and battery.

 

11:38 p.m. - Last Saturday night, Mansfield Police received a call reporting a possible OUI on Pleasant Street. The caller claimed that a driver hit the house, backed up, and then hit a building.

When Mansfield PD arrived at the scene, John Evans, 56, of 8 Pleasant St. #2, was found passed out in the the vehicle, behind the wheel, with the vehicle still running.

Evans was arrested and charged with his third OUI liquor offense and operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger. Bail was set at $3,000.

 

February 3

10:53 p.m. - Responding to a 911 hang up, Mansfield Police arrested and charged Kenneth Hay, 55, of 625 East Street with domestic assault and battery.

 

February 4

1:49 a.m. - Paul Riley Jr., 58, of 139 Bals Eagle Road, Weymouth was arrested on an active warrant after calling 911 to turn himself in.
