8:20 p.m. - Shane Dossantos, 22, of 19 Francis Ave. #1 was arrested with a warrant on East Street.

1:27 a.m. - Early Friday morning, Patrolman David Kerr pulled over Steven Weinberg, 61, of 512 Ware Street. Weinberg was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger, and a marked lanes violation.
