Mansfield Man Charged with Indecent Assault
Andrew Stearns, 47, charged with indecent assault.
The Sun Chronicle reported today that Andrew Stearns, 47, of 170 Mill St. was arrested for indecent assault. He is charged with indecently touching an 18-year-old girl who was intellectually disabled.
Stearns, who has no criminal record, was given a $1,000 bail on Monday at the Attleboro District Court for three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person with an intellectual disability.
The arrest came on Sunday after an investigation from Detective Kenneth Wright.
