The following is a report from the Mansfield Police Log.

April 24

10:35 p.m. Mark Levine,  45, of 56 Pattys Rd. was arrested for violation of a restraining order.

12:08 a.m. Michael Fitzpatrick, 44, of 149 Oakland St. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Police found his Dodge Durango crashed into a building on Crocker St.

6:45 a.m. Caller reported a rabid fox on Darby Dr.

9:45 a.m. Matthew Ellis, 33, of 237 South Main St. in Attleboro was arrested at the Red Roof Inn on Forbes Blvd. After it was found that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

2:29 p.m. Adrianne Malden, 50, of 148 Oak St. in Norton was arrested for driving with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

3:30 p.m. Robert Demarco, 45, of 28 Bicentennial Ct. was arrested because there was an outstanding warrant out for his arrest.

 

April 26

9:27 a.m. Joseph Engley, 41, of 14 Bonney Ln. was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order.

1:14 p.m. A caller from the AT&T on 287 School St. reported that a male suspect in his early 20s entered the store and fled with an iPhone 4. Caller reported that the suspect was driving a vehicle with Massachusetts plates 518DW2.

5:15 Reporting party came into the station to report the theft of about $300-$400 worth of scrap iron and copper.

6:00 p.m. Julie Belsky, 45, of Smith Rd. was arrested at Famous Footwear for shoplifting.

 

 April 27

9:36 a.m. Jessica Wajdo, 32, of 16 Parkview Dr. in Chepachet RI was arrested for larceny at the Mansfield CVS.

6:50 p.m. Peter Gordon, 43, of 35 Cumberland Ave. in South Attleboro was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Rte. 140 near the Foxborough town line. This is third such offense.

7:26 p.m. Caller reported seeing a sick raccoon in the area of  140 Pratt St. Animal Control officers transported animal to the animal shelter on Fruit St.

 

April 28

7:46 a.m. Maria Olivera, 43, of 12 Winsper St. in New Bedford was arrested on Balcom St. for two counts of larceny over $250, three counts of improper use of a credit card and two counts of destruction of property. The theft was originally reported on April 20.

9:00 p.m. Corey Ferrara, 23, of 37 Pleasant St. in Norton was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

10:19 p.m.  Lisa Damelio, 49,  of 46 Pheasant Run Rd. in Smithfield was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Forbes Blvd.

 

April 29

8:15 p.m. Glen Peterson, 42, of 104 Plain St. was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on  Highland Ave.

9:05 p.m. Richard White, 59, of 25 Kensington Rd. in Norton was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Franklin St. Foxborough police had previously put out a be on the lookout (BOLO) advisory for a hit and run when he struck a telephone pole on Cocasset St.

 

April 30

6:28 a.m. Karen Guido, 50, of 6 Eisnor Dr. in Norton was arrested for driving with an expired license.

12:51 p.m. Caller at CVS reported that a male party shoplifted approximately $800 of merchandise from the store. Police confirmed the theft.

9:08 p.m. Donna Wallace, 57, of 68 North Washington St. in North Attleboro was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and illicit substances on Rumford Ave.  Caller reported that Wallace’s vehicle was swerving all over the road and almost caused several accidents.

 

May 1

9:22 p.m. Caller reported that her friend was assaulted by a male party, described as short with a beard. Both reporting parties did not want a follow up investigation.
