Mansfield Police Log: Attempted Rape, Assault and Battery and OUI

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from June 15 to June 19.

June 15

5:23 p.m. Williiam Danforth, 62, of 14 Bonney Ln. was arrested for accosting/annoying a person of the opposite sex and lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct. Danforth was called in by the reporting party when he was allegedly trying to break down the reporting party’s door. She reported that she had never seen him before in her life. The reporting party filed a restraining order on Danforth.

6:07 p.m. Caller reported someone bought equipment from him with a stolen credit card.

7:53 p.m. Rasheem Robinson, 26,  of 3 Francis Ave. was arrested for selling/distributing alcohol to an underage party. The underage party, aged 16, was also arrested for possession of alcohol.

2:40 a.m. Eric Wichland, 22, of 994 Bedford St. in Bridgewater was arrested for operation of a vehicle while intoxicated.

2:50 p.m. The following is a summery of police action at the Rascal Flatts concert at the Comcast Center. Four people were arrested for underage possession of alcohol and 32 people were arrested for public intoxication.

Phillip Walker, 21, of 7 Shaker Ln. in East Falmouth was arrested for selling/distributing alcohol to an underage party.

7:37 p.m. Caller reported coming home from vacation to find her vehicle parked at her residence on Rustic Dr. with a smashed rear windshield.

8:00 p.m. Caller from the Mansfield Best Buy reported receiving a call from their Attleboro Best Buy location that two males were trying to steal iPads from the store and may be on their to the Mansfield location. They arrived at the Mansfield store and tried to steal camcorders.

10:09 p.m. Caller reported his vehicle was broken into and $700.00 worth of stereo equipment was missing.

10:12 p.m. Caller reported that she was assaulted at the Rascal Flatts concert.

June 17

1:24 a.m. Sandra Boda, 22, of12 Wildwood Rd. in Auburn, New Hampshire, was arrested for domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a telephone).

5:10 a.m. Caller reported a stolen credit card at the Holiday Inn.

11:49 a.m. Caller reported a hit and run at the Comcast Center.

1:29 p.m. Caller reported the theft of two large heavy lawn ornaments overnight.

4:04 p.m. The following is a summery of police action from the Drake concert at the Comcast Center.

20 people were arrested for underage drinking, and 31 people were arrested for public intoxication.

Richard Arnold, 19, of 31 Boston Rd. in Southborough was arrested for possession of a class B substance.

John Richards, 17, of 22 Colonial Way in Exeter New Hampshire was arrested for possession of a class B substance.

Taylor Zoda, 19, of 25 Susan Cir. in Johnston Rhode Island was arrested for forging/misusing a driver’s license.

Richard Milano, 2-, of 124 Cottage Park Rd. in Winthrop was arrested for forging/misusing a driver’s license.

Tyler O’Neil, 17, of 132 Meadowwod Dr. in Holden was arrested for trespassing.

Darnell Gilbert, 17, of 35 Shelby St. in Worcester was arrested for trespassing.

Dylan Sullivan, 19, of 25 Sunset Rd. in Franklin was arrested for trespassing.

Amanda Plante, 25, of 376 St. Paula St. was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Brandon Burns, 18,  of 65 Perez St. in Attleboro was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Michael Tfts, 18, of 2 Pinical Rd. in East Falmouth was arrested for trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Steven Siotas, 31, of 12 Astor St. in Lowell was arrested for assault to commit rape and indecent assault and battery.

5:56 p.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated that her daughter’s bike was stolen.

June 19

11:24 a.m. Caller reported his mother was just attacked and beaten by their neighbors. Caller reported that they broke her nose and broke into the residence the previous night to steal money and cigarettes.

2:34 p.m. Caller reported that her vehicle was broken into during the night. A phone and camera were taken.
