Mansfield Police Log: Break In, Hit and Runs and Gas Pump Theft

Sept. 24

10:26 a.m. Caller reported  a hit and run on Plymouth Street.

12:36 p.m. Christopher Mysiuk, 30, of 27 East St. was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

3:58 p.m. Eric Conklin, 31, of 55 West Brittania St. in Taunton was arrested for shoplifting at Kohl’s.

Sept. 25

5:01 a.m. Mansfield Police reported on Tuesday that three males broke into a Mansfield residence on Oak Street and allegedly tied up the resident inside. Four Mansfield Police Officers responded and found the victim tied up in the upstairs of the residence. The suspects were described as three black males, one with a blue hoody. There was no vehicle seen at the residence. One homeowner on the street reported that she heard a gunshot at around 4:57 a.m. The a 51-year-old victim was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital for lacerations to the head.

Sept. 26

9:17 a.m. Edwin Matos, 26, of 1 Old Colony Way was arrested for a court warrant. Amber Santiago, 22, also of 1 Old Colony Way was issued a summons arrest for misleading an investigator.

11:56 a.m. Caller reported that a gas pump globe was stolen from the front of his residence on Franklin Street.

1:50 p.m. Caller reported a hit and run at the Shaws parking lot.
