Mansfield Police Log: Break Ins, Inspection Stickers and Drug Arrest

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Oct. 9 to Oct. 11, 2012.

Oct. 9

10:55 a.m. Joshua Goodwin, 25, of 17 Fulton Pl. was arrested for possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card and improper storage of firearms after several callers informed police of a break in. Police pursued the suspect around Ware Street.

2:27 p.m. Caller reported his son was assaulted.

4:13 p.m. Caller reported an attempted break in at his residence on Fruit Street.

9:18 p.m. Caller reported that his residence on Chauncy Street was broken into.

11:29 p.m. Jonathan Parker, 21, of 77 South Main St. was arrested for possession of class A (heroin) and E substances, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Oct. 10

10:23 a.m. Caller reported an assault.

2:01 p.m. Caller reported her engagement and wedding ring were both stolen.

Oct. 11

11:05 a.m. Caller reported his GPS was taken out of his vehicle parked on Highland Avenue.

3:07 p.m. Caller reported the larceny of Registry of Motor Vehicle inspection stickers from the Radford Group on Plymouth Street.
