Mansfield Police Log: Eggs, Shoplifting and a Squirrel
The following is from the Mansfield Police Log for Jan. 20 - 26.
Jan. 20
11:32 a.m. Jonas Pierre, 19, of 2 Charlene Dr. in Plainville was arrested on a warrant from a previous incident that occurred in Mansfield. He was originally charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.

Jan. 21
12:59 p.m. Caller reported that two of her vehicles were egged overnight while parked on Highland Avenue.

11:50 p.m. Eric Hayes, 44, of 125 Oak St. was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Jan. 22
2:23 a.m. Richard Sergio, 47, of 89 East St. was arrested for domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation.
9:28 a.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated that another vehicle hit his while it was parked on North Main Street sometime during the night.
8:50 p.m. Caller reported that his Garmin GPS was stolen form his hotel room at the Holiday Inn.
Jan. 23
1:03 a.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated that he had been assaulted.
12:38 p.m. Lauren Crimp, 22, of 152 High St. was arrested for two counts of breaking and entering.
4:46 p.m. Nathiel Gill, 30, of 2301 Francis Ave. and Anthony Hunter, 30, of 610 Foundry St. in Easton were arrested for assault and battery. The arrests were part o a follow up investigation to a report of assault from 1 a.m. that morning.
7:25 p.m. Christopher Cavanaugh, 27, of 130 Lancaster Ave. in Lunenberg was issued a summons arrest for threatening to commit a crime (aka criminal harassment).
11:16 p.m. Caller reported that he lost his wallet today and someone was using his credit cards.
Jan. 24
4:05 p.m. Caller reported that there is a squirrel in her house and she cannot get it out.
Jan. 26
4:35 p.m. Two female juveniles were arrested the Kohl’s for shoplifting more than $250 worth of merchandise from the store.
