Mansfield Police Log: Felony Assault and Theft
The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Dec. 4 and 5 of 2012.
Dec. 4
12:12 p.m. Timothy Doherty,32, of 5 Robin Cir. in Norton was issued a summons for felony assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit murder. The reporting party stated that Doherty assaulted him while he was on a job site, and then threatened to kill him.
