July 12

Domestic assault charges against a 40-year-old from Mansfield were dismissed.

10:55 a.m. Reporting party stated that his passenger door window had been shot out while parked at the intersection of School St. and Otis.

4:06 p.m. Caller reported that his car was broken into over the night while it was parked on Dean St. Sunglasses and a briefcase were reported stolen from the vehicle.

4:31 p.m. Michael Fitzpatrick, 44, of 149 Oakland St. was arrested for assault to commit a felony (stated in the log as “collecting a debt”) and breaking and entering. The reporting party called police and stated that Fitzpatrick had broken into his house and assaulted him.

4:43 p.m. Reporting party stated that someone had broken into his car. Nothing reported stolen.

5:30 p.m. Daniel Buck, 23, of 31 Colonial Dr. was arrested for having an outstanding warrant.

10:30 p.m. Nadine Bombardier, 47, of 655 North Main St. was arrested for having a warrant out for her arrest.

July 13

1:55 a.m. Caller reported that her purse was taken from her vehicle while it was parked at Fulton’s Pond.

11:00 a.m. The following is a summary of police activity at the Comcast Center during the Vans Warped Tour event. There was one civil citation for marijuana use, one drunk in public arrest, one minor motor vehicle accident and one incident of mud being thrown at a vehicle.

1:32 p.m. Patrick Roach, 49, of 208 South St. in Whitman was arrested for shoplifting by way of price tag tampering at the Shaw’s Supermarket.

6:08 p.m. Reporting party came into the Police station to report that his ATM card had been stolen and his identity compromised.

9:16 p.m. Caller reported that her windshield has been smashed.

July 14

1:15 p.m. Police were alerted to the fact that the Medco Building on West St. had been spray painted with pink paint.

7:01 p.m. Teahana Joslyn, 29, of 60 Forbes Blvd. was arrested for having an outstanding warrant.

July 16

5:07 a.m. Caller reported striking a deer with his vehicle. No injuries reported.

1:02 p.m. The following covers some of the police activity concerned with the Brad Paisley concert at the Comcast Center. There were 32 people arrested and placed into protective custody for public drunkenness, and 18 people arrested for underage drinking. More serious arrests made at the concert are listed below.

4:23 p.m. Caller reported that a white SUV cut him off and then hit his vehicle while driving on East St. and then fled the scene.

4:41 p.m. Noel Powers, 17, of 335 South River St. in Marshfield was arrested for possession of a class E narcotic and underage drinking at the Comcast Center.

8:46 p.m. Brendan Tully, 18, of 11 Marshfield Ave. was arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and underage drinking at the Comcast Center.

8:56 p.m. Christopher Hall, 21, of 50 Webster St. in Weymouth was arrested for simple assault at the Comcast Center.

10:50 p.m. Michael Ritter, 19, of 161 Dodd St. in Holliston was arrested for misdemeanor breaking and entering at the Comcast Center.

11:00 p.m. Michael Fronte, 25, of 24 Clark Ct. in Gardner was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Comcast Center.

11:31 p.m. Christa Ernst, 19, of 52 Shrine Ave. in West Boylston was arrested for simple assault at the Comcast Center.

July 17

8:57 a.m. Caller reported that two horses were out in the road on School St. Police were able to round them up and get them to their owner.

3:31 p.m. Joseph Abilio Tays, 38, of 92 Central St. was arrested for two counts of domestic assault and battery and one count of simple assault.

3:32 p.m. The follow is a summary of police activity during the Lil’ Wayne Concert at the Comcast Center. There were six arrests made for underage drinking and 22 people brought into protective custody for public drunkenness. More serious arrests are listed below.

3:32 p.m. One juvenile, aged 16, was arrested for two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts for simple assault at the Comcast Center.

4:30 p.m. Nathan Blake, 22, of 45 Bartlett Ave. in Lexington, William Stuart, 22, if 2 Stratham Rd. in Lxington, Saad Houri, 21, of 56 Ivan St. in Lexington, Benjamin Moreir-Fonseca, 22, of 527 Bedford St. and Thomas Welan, 22, of 2 Ballard Ter. In Lexington were all charged with possession of a class B narcotic, attempting to consume alcohol in public and attempting to procure liquor to a underage person at the Comcast Center.

8:04 p.m. Tayor Ryann, 19, was arrested for having an outstanding warrant at the Comcast Center.

7:45 p.m. Alexander Oldfield, 24, of 35 Flushing Pond Rd. in Westford was arrested for possession of a class B narcotic at the Comcast Center.

10:45 p.m. Edward Rodrigues, 23, of 1099 Brook Rd. in Milton was arrested for breaking and entering and receiving stolen property worth more than $250 at the Comcast Center.

11:00 p.m. Jarrett Sweeting, 23, of 78 Meager Rd. in Milton was arrested for breaking and entering and possession of a dangerous weapon (switchblade knife) at the Comcast Center.
