Mansfield Police Log: More Eggs, Fake I.D. and Break Ins

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from March 23 to March 26.

March 23

3:25 p.m. James Devine, 32, of 30 Flora Rd. in Attleboro was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

4:26 p.m. Caller reported that her pet snake was stuck in between one of the stairs in her residence. Animal Control Officer Jeff Collins reported that, with assistance from Officer Newport, the snake was safely freed from the stair.

5:08 p.m. Two juveniles were detained and arrested at Kohl’s for shoplifting. They were both 13.

8:34 p.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated that the storage area in his condo on Erick Road had been broken into.

March 24

1:18 p.m. Carlos Perez, 45, of 4B Major St. in Attleboro was arrested for forging an RMV document(license), misleading an investigator and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

March 25

10:18 a.m. Ronald Lotto, 18, of 376 North Main St. was arrested for violation of his abuse prevention order.

11:01 a.m. Caller reported three to four vehicles in the Francis Avenue parking lot were egged over night.

3:05 p.m. Caller reported a hit and run in the parking lot of the Friday’s on School Street. The front of the caller’s vehicle had been ripped off.

March 26

12:10 p.m. Caller reported that her vehicle was broken into during the night on Fawn Lane. A GPS was taken from the vehicle.

3:52 p.m. Caller reported three vehicles broken into while parked in her driveway on Newell Lane.

4:05 p.m. Caller reported that he believed someone was in his house today while he was out.
