10:53 p.m. - Late Wednesday evening, Sargent Tracey Juda pulled over James Vadala, 54, of 16 Rock Ln., Norton. Lane was arrested and charged wity operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, failure to stop for police and speeding.
