Mansfield Police Log: Nov. 14-17

The following is from the Mansfield Massachusetts Police Log.

Nov. 14

12:05 p.m. Caller on Cedar Circuit reported that some of his personal property had been stolen. Police reported that this is an ongoing issue.

12:32 p.m. Taxi company reported a driver dropped off a customer at a residence on Pratt Street. The customer said they were going in to get money and then never came out. Police received permission from the elderly resident who actually lived there to enter the residence and search for the suspect. The suspect was not found.

2:56 p.m. Attendant at the Four Corners Citgo reported a possible stolen debit card.

5:10 p.m. Caller reported that her vehicle had been broken into during the night while it was parked on York Road and the contents of her pocketbook had been stolen.

8:04 p.m. Caller reported three motor vehicles, including the one mentioned above, were broken into during the night on York Road.  Two iPods, a pair of head phones,  a Movado watch and  gold chain were taken.

 

Oct. 15

12:45 p.m. Caller reported several break ins at the Canoe River Campgrounds.

3:01 p.m.  Caller reported damage to their mailbox on Plain Street.

 

Oct. 17

11:01 a.m. Caller reported that several items were stolen from his vehicle during the night while it was parked on West Street.

7:10 p.m. Malgosia Glanda, 34, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Glanda hit another motor vehicle and drove off, and police found his address and his vehicle at the residence.

9:00 p.m. Caller reported that he apartment on Cedar Circuit had been broken into while she was home the previous evening. She reported that she had been drugged, and her license, registration and credit cards were taken. Reporting party stated that she believed chloroform was the drug used to incapacitate her while the crime took place.
