Mansfield Police Log: OUI, Restraining Order Break and Assault and Battery
The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Sept. 27 to Sept. 29, 2012.
Sept. 27
10:01 p.m. Kevin Hughes, 38, of 29 Warren Ave. was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lane violation. Hughes allegedly crashed his vehicle into another motorist and was found to be intoxicated when police arrived.

4:50 p.m. Kevin Young, 39, of 37 Meadow Lane in Brigewater was arrested for three counts of violating his restraining order and one count of threatening to commit a crime.

3:37 p.m. John Bowes, 23, of 150 Rumford Ave was arrested for domestic assault and battery, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, disturbing the peace and malicious destruction of property.
