Mansfield Police Log: Pool Fight, KISS and Indecent Assault and Battery

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log from Sept. 15 and 16, 2012.

Sept. 15

1:48 p.m. Caller reported a possibly intoxicated male asking for money at the train station got into a fight with another male. One of the males got onto the train and Mansfield Police stopped the train at the next station to pick up the party. The incident was resolved without charges being filed.

4:38 p.m. Matthew William, 32, of 249 Webster St. in Rockland was given a summons arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (pool cue) and documented malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Sept. 16

7:16 a.m. Ryan Kelley, 21, of 182 Gilbert St. in Mansfield was arrested for domestic assault and battery, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older and kidnapping.

4:45 p.m. The following is a summary of police activity at the KISS concert at the Comcast Center. Four people were arrested for underage possession and consumption of alcohol, and eight people were taken into police custody for public intoxication. One person was arrested for trespassing and there was one minor motor vehicle collision in the parking lot.

Elizabeth Martin, 42, of 42 Montauk Rd. in Brockton was arrested for assault and battery.
