Mansfield Police Log: Salt and Sand, Break Ins and Underage Possession
The following information was provided by the Mansfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction. Events noted in this log occurred between Jan. 3 2013 and Jan. 4, 2013.
January 3
12:56 a.m. Brian Loftus, 20, of 65 Borrows Rd. in Foxborough was arrested for underage possession of alcohol at Mansfield Crossing.
11:18 a.m. Caller reported two vehicles parked on Joanna Drive were broken into during the night.

12:29 p.m. Caller reported that two parties had stolen two truckloads of salt and sand from the Mansfield Department of Public Works Loton Fruit Street. The two parties involved reportedly thought it was OK to take the sand and salt, and the situation was resolved.

1:32 a.m. Paul Licciandri, 20, of 20 Auna Dr. in Brockton was arrested for underage alcohol possession, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and for having five warrants out for his arrest.
