11:58 a.m. Caller reported a road rage incident that just occurred at the intersection of Chauncy Street and Pratt Street. The suspect threw a rock at the reporting party’s vehicle, denting the side of it after the road rage incident.
2:14 p.m. Caller reported being mauled by a stray cat and sustained injuries to her left forearm and hand. Cat was sent to Boston for rabies testing.
6:14 p.m. Caller reported a tree across the roadway on Ware Street.
7:50 p.m. Ermite Raymound, 37, of 23 Francis Avenue was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (belt) and domestic assault and battery. Raymound was arrested after a caller reported alleged abuse discovered by the childcare center on Francis Avenue.
9:41 p.m. Caller reported that several teens got out of a vehicle on Bicentennial Circuit and knocked over trash barrels and stole a sign.
9:39 a.m. The following is a summary of police activity at the Jimmy Buffet concert at the Comcast Center. Three people were arrested for underage possession of alcohol and 23 people were taken into protective custody for public intoxication.
Joshua Devault, 36, of 12 Juniper Ln. in Holden was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Scott Cipolla, 44, of 74 Federal St. in Newburyport was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Jimmy-Lee Cataloni, 26, of 128 Pine St. in Rehobeth was arrested for possession of a class E substance.
1:34 p.m. Ryan Flemming 20, of 129 Newland St. in Norton was arrested for procuring alcohol for underage parties and using a fake ID. Two underage parties from Norton were also arrested for conspiracy.
2:56 p.m. Caller reported the theft of an air conditioning unit on Franklin Street.
6:35 p.m. Keith Nicolas, 17, of 2020 Bay Rd. in Stoughton, Daryl Ford, 17, of 30 Chase Run Rd. in Stoughton and a juvenile were arrested for shoplifting at the Best Buy in Mansfield.
10:17 p.m. Caller reported a hit and run on South Main Street.
5:20 a.m. Caller reported two sheep in her backyard on Lawndale Road. The sheep were owned by another party on Lawndale Road and were transported by animal control officer Jeffrey Collins.
7:00 a.m. Caller reported that one of his vehicle’s license plates were stolen.
10:25 a.m. Caller reported two incidents of egged houses on Smith Road during the weekend. Caller said hardboiled eggs were used and there was no damage to the house.
1:33 p.m. Jose Silvestre, 38, of Attleboro was issued a summons arrest for larceny of a motor vehicle and felony larceny. Caller reported that 30 minutes prior; Silvestre had stolen his 2004 Kia Optima from the Canoe River Campgrounds. The caller stated that Silvestre had planned to drive to Providence, Rhode Island, to pawn the contents of the vehicle, which included a laptop, cell phone and other items. A BOLO(be on the lookout) advisory was posted to the Providence Police in the area where Silvestre was known to purchase narcotics.
3:15 p.m. A party on Hope Street who stated that a group of youths were using a knife to cut letters up off the track at Mansfield High School flagged a police officer down. Party was informed that the youths were upcoming seniors at MHS and they were taking the letters as mementos, because the track was due for renovation anyway.
4:22 p.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated that her daughter is missing after she went for a walk in the woods and has not returned for several hours. After three hours of searching Mansfield and the surrounding area, with eight police officers, support from surrounding towns and a K-9 unit, the child was located on Boundry Lane.
9:52 p.m. Reporting party came into the station and stated that a hit and run had occurred at the intersection of East Street and Franklin Street.
