Mansfield Police Log:Traffic Lights, Shoplifting and Break Ins

The following is from the Mansfield Police log from Aug. 20 and 21.

 Aug. 20

12:49 p.m. Caller reported that the owner of a black Mercedes SUV left the Pros Carwash without paying.

11:52 a.m. Edward Phillips, 32, of 9 Townsend St. in Fitchburg was arrested for a warrant and operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

2:06 p.m. Caller reported that traffic lights at the intersection of Franklin Street and East Street were not functioning. The cycle was not functioning properly and then reset.

6:54 p.m. Pamela Jack, 66, of 79 Walnut St. was given a summons arrest for shoplifting by asportation at Kohl’s.

6:59 p.m. Caller reported coming home and found his neighbor’s door wide open with no one home.

7:36 p.m. Caller reported a larceny from his business on Chauncy Street.

7:43 p.m. Caller reported a forced-entry break in at his residence on Pratt Street.
