Mansfield Schools Resuming Officer Resource Program
Officer Anthony Lattanzio, Mansfield High Class of 2002, will serve as the program's director.
The Mansfield School system is bringing back its officer resource program, which was cut a few years ago due to budget cuts, according to the Sun Chronicle.
29-year-old police Anthony Lattanzio, will serve as the director of the program, conducting security sweeps, and educating and mentoring students on topics like drug abuse and bullying.
Larranzo, a 2002 graduate from Mansfield High who earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Bridgewater State University and has been with the police department for seven years, will focus mostly on high school but will also help out with lower grades.
