Mansfield Woman Arrested and Charged With 4th OUI and More in the Mansfield Police Log

Friday, February 8

5:17 p.m. - While no fines were given out in Mansfield for violating Governor Deval Patrick's executive order banning vehicle traffic during the snowstorm, Mansfield police did advise one person on their way to the Sports Authority to return home.

9:41 p.m. - Mansfield police were notified of a vehicle stuck at the intersection of Edgewood St. and Smiley Ave. The DPW was also notified and plowed a path for the vehicle.

11:55 p.m. - Mansfield police assisted in helping a stranded female at LL Bean. The woman was able to drive from the parking lot with assistance from Patrolman David Pepicelli.

 

Saturday, February 9

10:42 p.m. - After receiving a 911 call concerning an unwanted quest on Court Street, Jonathan Kemper, 28, of 17 Fulton Place was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

 

Sunday, February 10

5:04 p.m. - Near Shaws, a woman was struck by another car that refused to stop. The woman then followed the other vehicle while calling the police. Mansfield police later stopped Diane Layhey, 55, of 163 Rumford Ave., Apt. #301. Layhey was arrested and charged with her fourth OUI, and driving to endanger. Bail was set at $1,000.
