One Dies in Monday Morning Mansfield Crash
One passenger died and another one was seriously injured in a Monday morning crash on Route 495.
State police reported today (Monday) that around 6:30 a.m. this morning, a vehicle carrying two passengers reolled over onto the median on Route 495 South near exit 11.
Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle and onto the median. The highway was closed for a short time while the medflight helicopter came in. One occupant died, while the other was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital and is in critical condition.
State police have not yet determined the cause of the accident.
