OUI Allegedly Leads to One Car Accident and More in the Mansfield Police Log

The following information was provided by the Mansfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

February 15

1:08 a.m. - After being pulled over on Thomas Street, Francisca Lamour, 20, of 296 North Main Street #1, was arrested under a warrant.


3:33 a.m. - After making a motor vehicle stop at the T Lots on Crocker Street, Patrolman Robert Pierce arrested and charged Colby Flynn, 20, of 7 Connie Drive in Foxborough with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession/use of a false or stolen RMV document, and a marked lanes violation.



February 16

6:37 p.m. - Mansfield police arrested and charged Karen Foley, 56, of 752 Ware Street with operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violations, and leaving the scene of property damage.

According to police records, Foley allegedly drove her car into a mailbox  on Fruit Street and returned home after the accident. 


February 17

11:56 p.m. - After receiving an accidental 911 call, Officer Christopher Walsh was sent to the home to confirm. After arriving at the house, Walsh arrested and charged Von Orton, 80, of 248 Willow Street with assault and battery. Orton was later released on $40 bail.
