The following is a report from the Mansfield Police Log.

April 4

2:17 a.m. Segundo Dario Caguana, 21, of 203 North Main St. in Brockton was arrested for driving with a concealed license plate, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a forged/misused registration and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Police pulled him over at 330 Pratt St. in Mansfield.

1:37 p.m. Caller reported that several credit cards were opened in his name and they have been repeatedly used. Police have confirmed the incident.

2:43 p.m. Caller reported that car was broken into in the parking lot of Memorial Park.

7:20 p.m. Caller reported that a deer ran into car and then ran into the woods at Cousin’s Pizza in Mansfield. Damage was reported to cost over $1,000.

April 5

7:20 a.m. Caller reported that a wild turkey had wandered into the intersection of Williams St. and Old Elm St. Caller reported that the animal would not budge.

April 6

12:48 p.m. Anthony Mendes, 37, of 55 Avon St in Taunton was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

April 7

2:15 p.m. Caller reported that two rings with a combined value of $9,600 were stolen from house. No signs of forced entry mentioned.

April 8

9:12 p.m. Several callers reported motor vehicle accident on East St., in which a car had struck a deer. The deer ran away, severely injured.

April 9

4:42 p.m. Juvenile arrested for shoplifting from the Kohls on School St., has been since released into parents’ custody.

4:48 p.m. Andrew Parker, 30, of 10 Merritt Pl., Attleboro, was arrested for procuring alcohol for a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

6:05 p.m. Michael Vallett, 58, of 44 Adamsdale Ave. in South Attleboro was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. This is his sixth OUI offense.
