Police Log: Arrested Made for Alleged Under 21 OUI and Distribution of Class D Drug

March 9
4:57 p.m. - Todd Bortnick, 41, of 1195 East Street was arrested on a warrant during a motor vehicle stop on East St. Bail was set at $1,040.
March 10
11:22 p.m. - While near the underpass on Copeland Dr, officer Anthony Lattanzio pulled over a 17 year old. After requesting a second unit, the minor was arrested and charged with being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, a motor vehicle lights violation, a number plate violation, and distribution of a Class D drug.
