11:43 a.m. - After making a stop on West Street, police arrested and charged Solange Barbosa, 31, of Milford with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations.
10:59 p.m. - Investigating a report of a verbal disturbance on Rumford Avenue, police located and arrested Lynneann Sullivan, 56, of Mansfield under a warrant.
