Police Log: Noise Complaints on Fruit Street, Loose Husky

The following is from the Mansfield Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

Friday, Dec. 6

At 1:29 p.m., a caller on Swett Street reported a husky running loose in the area. The animal control officer found the dog. When he brought the dog home there was no one there, so he brought it to the animal shelter.

Saturday, Dec. 7

At 7:59 p.m., a caller from Fruit Street reported of a loud noise across the street. The homeowner was advised to shut the windows and keep the noise level down.

At 8:33 p.m., a caller from Fruit Street reported a man, described as white, wearing a white t-shirt and jeans, screaming obscenities in his front yard. A man matching that description was later taken into custody.
