Mansfield Electric Bills Going Down For Next Two Months

Mansfield residents can look forward to a lower electric bill in early 2014, according to the Sun Chronicle

The light board decided to issue the rebates, which will apply to January and February's bills, to let residents keep a little more money in their pockets during the holiday season.

This will result in a 5-cent reduction in the generation charge per kilowatt-hour, which amounts to an average savings of about 40 percent or $37.50 per month for each customer and a total savings of about $2 million.
