Mansfield Selectmen Roundup: Comcast Concerns, Fincom Candidates and Lincoln Place

The following is a summary of topics discussed at the Aug. 8 Mansfield Board of Selectmen.

The Mansfield Board of Selectmen voted 3-1 with Olivier Kozlowski against to appoint Ralph Penney, a former selectmen, from associate member of the Planning Board to full member.

Mansfield selectmen discussed recent security, alcohol and drug concerns at the Comcast Center. Mansifeld Fire and Police Chiefs, as well as their Foxborough counterparts and the chief of the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.

Selectmen reappointed the audit committee. The School Committee will vote on it at their next meeting to solidify the appointment.
