Voting Location, Parking and Traffic in Mansfield
The following is from Mansfield Police Chief Arthur O'Neill.
Presidential Election Day is always a very busy day at the polls, the Mansfield High School parking lot and on East St.
In order to faciliate the smooth flow of traffic and access to the polls the following traffic plan will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Vehicles entering the High School lot will be directed to enter via the eastern-most driveway. The main enterance to the high school lot will be restricted to exiting vehicles. Further, exiting vehicles will be directed to make a "right turn only" thus traveling west on East Street.
This minor inconvenience should ease the flow of vehicles coming and going to andfrom the high school lot and make the entrance and exit safer and easier.
