Charity basketball game to be held April 9 at Mansfield High School.

The Harlem Wizards are coming back to town to play against the Mansfield Hornet All-Stars.  On Saturday, April 9, a team made up of parents, community leaders and students will take to the court at Mansfield High School gym to play a charity basketball game against the Harlem Wizards, all to benefit Mansfield public schools.

This event is organized by MESA, Mansfield Elementary School Association, as a fundraiser for the local schools.

“This is a great way to bring the community together to help raise much needed funds for our schools,” said MESA president Kiera O’Neil.  Co-President Tammi Kassler, agreed, “we hope Mansfield families will provide a strong turnout to cheer on some of their favorite friends in town. “
