Mansfield Construction: Robinson and Track Updates

Bids up for the Robinson window replacement and the Mansfield High School track and field construction.

Mansfield superintendent Brenda Hodges said that progress has been made on both the and the respectively.

She said the window replacement had several bidders on the design and Gale Incorporated received the contract for the design. Hodges said the plan should be ready by May 21 of this year.

Several more bids have been for an architect to help in the construction process. The architect will be working on retainer. The architect's services will be paid partially through the school and town budgets.

The track and field project currently has 18 bidders that have sent specs for the project. The deadline for the bids is April 4 at 10 a.m.
