Mansfield High Ranked As 'Dream School' By Globe Study

The following is a statement from the Mansfield Public Schools website:

Superintendent Brenda Hodges says that she is “not surprised” that Mansfield is ranked the number 1 Dream School by the Boston Globe and Holy Cross College in mathematics and ranks in the Top 10 schools, in three of the six categories, included in a study released by the Boston Globe on Sunday, October 13, 2013

The College Readiness category includes SAT writing scores and the percentage of students scoring 3 or higher on AP tests.  Mansfield received a ranking of 3rd in this category, which is a strong indicator of how well a student will do in their first year of college.  

Hodges says that she is “very proud to be recognized for the strong academic performance by the district and the success and achievement of our Mansfield graduates.”  She also expresses her appreciation to the teachers and staff of the Mansfield Public Schools and the strong support of the Mansfield parents and community.
