Mansfield High School Track Renovation Work Moving Along

The Mansfield High School's track and field area renovations are moving forward this week at Alumni Field.

Right now, new turf is being laid for the field as well as repairs on the track itself. 

The project, approved and funded by the 2011 town meeting, started work in May.

The 2012 Mansfield , usually held on the field, had to be moved to the Jordan Jackson School. Some summer camp programs also had to relocate for the renovations, but otherwise there were no disruptions.

Some MHS seniors have been taking numbers from the concrete per the permission of the school for mementos.
