Entrepreneurship students make donations to local charities

Through a grant provided by the Mansfield Education Foundation, Mrs. Prester’s Entrepreneurship students were successful in operating two small businesses this fall.   The students designed and sold Mansfield Hornets bracelets and held a gift card raffle.  They made a profit of nearly $1,300 and made charitable donations to both Our Daily Bread and Hearts for Hope.  The remaining profits will be used to fund future Entrepreneurship projects.

The donations were presented in person on December 8th.  Addison Levine presented the $150 donation to Kristine Copley, volunteer at Our Daily Bread.  Bryan Hurley presented the $250 donation to Sarah McManus, board member of Hearts for Hope.
