Mansfield Boys' Ice Hockey Overpowers King Philip
The Warriors fell to Mansfield in their first league match of the season.
After the King Philip boys' ice hockey team played defense for the majority of the game, it was only a matter of time before the Mansfield Hornets erupted.
Despite holding the Hornets to only a goal in the first quarter, King Philip fell to Mansfield 5-0 in a Hockomock League match-up.
It only took the Hornets 93 seconds to get on the board as a shot from the top of the right face-off circle by Billy Grant deflected off the glove of KP goalie Matt Carr and into the goal to give the Hornets a 1-0 lead.
