Mansfield High Football Coach 'One of the Best in the Country'
Hornets' Head Coach Mike Redding has been selected by USA Today for a contest for best Coach.
Coach Mike Redding is one of 408 high school football coaches nationwide selected by USA Today to take part in a contest that will determine the best coach in the country, according to mansfieldfootball.org.
"USA Today High School Sports is asking fans to choose the best high school football coach in the country in a contest that opens Sept. 30," said a statement from USA Today on the Mansfield football website.
"Staffers have chosen eight active head football coaches in each state after more than a month of conversations with local media and other state/school officials with high school football expertise. From there, the fans will decide which coach emerges from a list of 408." Make sure to vote for Coach Redding!
