Mansfield High Girls' Track Team Finishes Third at All-States

Senior Kristen McDonagh placed in three events at the Mansfield High girls' track team finished fourth at Saturday's All-State Meet at Bridgewater State University. The Hornets finished with 31 points. Newton North won the meet with 39 points, followed by Andover, 35, and Lincoln-Sudbury, 32.

McDonagh, who is headed to Boston College, was third in the high jump at 5 feet, 4 inches, fourth in the triple jump at 36 feet, 8.75 inches and fifth in the 100 meter hurdles at 15:12 seconds.

Jen Esposito was second in the 400 meter hurdles at 1:01.14, while Kayla Comer was sixth in the 100 meters at 12:56 seconds and Lauren Columbare was eighth in the mile at 5:08.83.

The 4 x 400 meter relay team of Brittany Greene, Emily Broyles, Julia Jones and Esposito was fifth in 3:59.10 and the 4 x 100 meter relay squad of Page Grimes, Broyles, Jones and Comer were 11th in 50:82.
