Mansfield Talents on Bridgewater State Winter Athletic Teams

Mansfield's Michael Lofton is seeing action off the bench for the Bridgewater State University's men's baskeball team. The freshman is coming off the bench and is averaging 16 minutes a game with a 5.9 points per game average and 4.7 rebounds per game. Andrew Kelley is a junior forward on the team.

The men's basketball team isn't the only Bridgewater State team taking advantage of Mansfield's athletic talents.

Michael McPherson, Joel Devine and Billy Giannouloudis are throwers on the men's indoor track teams, while Nathan Levine and Chris Taylor, who run for Bishop Feehan, are sprinters on the squad. Co Davis is a hurdler and middle distance runner for the women's team, while Laura McHugh is a sprinter.

Brett Reed is a freshman wrestler at 125-pounds for the Bears.
