Mansfield's Rhett Wiseman has pushed his batting average to over .300 mark for the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod League. His .305 batting average in the best on the team.
The Vanderbilt University outfielder had appeared in 32 games as of Wednesday, gathering 38 hits in 118 at bats. He has scored 20 runs, stolen 12 bases and had three homers with 21 RBI. Wiseman has also tripled twice and has 12 doubles.
The Kettleers are in battle for first place in the Western Division with a 22-16-1-45 mark as of Wednesday, while Hyannis is in first place with a 22-26-2-46 mark, leading by one point.
