9th Annual Mansfield Rotary Auction Raises over $25,000

It is with great pleasure and appreciation that I thank the entire Town of Mansfield and surrounding areas for their outstanding support for the 9th Annual Mansfield Rotary Auction held at the Holiday Inn, Mansfield/Foxboro.  We were able to raise over $25,000.00 again this year bringing our total raised to over $180,000.00 in the last 9 years.  We want to especially thank the following, our sponsors:  Sharon Credit Union, WS Development, Mansfield Bank and North Easton Savings Bank.  In addition, thank you fellow Rotarians who work tirelessly for months on end living the Rotary motto Service Above Self, ensuring that the Auction is a resounding success.  We also want to thank the attendees that showed up to the event and had a great time while spending their money to help others.  In addition, thank you to all of the people that donated items to ensure a successful event. 

We look forward to presenting our donations in the coming days to the following featured charities chosen for this year’s Auction and they are:  The Kennedy Donovan Center, Mansfield Park and Recreation, The Rotary International Polio Plus Program and finally our Tool ships and scholarships awarded to Mansfield High, Norton High and Southeastern Regional Tech.
