4. Wednesday at Mansfield Crossing is the "Couch Potato to 5K Runner" training program at 6:30 p.m.
5. Harbor One U is hosting a seminar on Small Business Administration programs and services available to those in need of assistance in starting or expanding their business, Tuesday at 2 p.m. On Thursday, there are seminars for "Executing a Proactive Sales Plan" at 8:30 a.m., and for first time home buyers at 6 p.m.
