In 1868, the Flint family established their farm in Mansfield. Five generations later, husband and wife team, Don and Beth Flint, work  this multi-faceted farm, easily accessible to both Easton and Mansfield. The farm is  conveniently located at the light at the junction of Route 106 and East  Street in Mansfield.Operating from April through the end of October, the Flint family takes a well deserved respite In November to prepare for the winter months, reopening in December for Christmas tree sales.The open-air barn offers patrons the available seasonal bounty. During the spring, annual bedding and vegetable plants are offered in the greenhouse. In the  summer and early fall, freshly grown vegetables are offered daily, featuring the ever popular sweet corn, grown and picked on-site. The selling season culminates with a corn maze, hayrides  and Halloween pumpkins.Firewood is available in quantities as small as an armload and as large as a cord.Mulch, stakes and hay bales are also at the farm.The ice cream counter sells over 50 delicious flavors, including local favorites such as "Green Monster" and "Cranberry Bog."  Lowfat frozen yogurt and sugar-free items are included on the menu. Ice cream sales start in June and run through Halloween,  with extended counter hours during the summer months.The farm is closed January, February and March and November.
