This preschool is dedicated to educating students referred through Early Intervention programs alongside peerMore model students. Students attending Roland Green as peer models must apply for acceptance, and there is a fee for peer models to attend the school. Buses are not provided for peer models, but are in place for other students.

According to Principal Joanne Jordan, the excellent training and credentials of her staff of 14 certified teachers and administrators provides students with an educational experience that far exceeds similar programs offered in private institutions.

Though the efforts of parents and community, Roland Green built a new playground for its students. This playground is open to the public during non-school hours.

From student volunteers who contribute in both local and global ventures, to the award-winning Math Team and the Division II 2010 Superbowl champions, these vibrant, active students are represented in dozens of ventures in the local community and beyond. According to Principal Joseph Maruszczak, "Mansfield High School has an outstanding balance of excellence. Our kids perform well academically, athletically and socially, as measured by the participation rates in both extra and co-curricular activities. (We have) invested parents and community and an outstanding staff that supports our students so that they may be successful."
